A Walk to Remember ~ Fundraising Walk & LIVE Butterfly Release

All families and friends are welcome to join us in this beautiful event to honour your loved ones. Our Annual Walk/Run to Remember will now include a special LIVE Butterfly Release and will be held on:

Time: Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 1 pm.
Location: Beechwood Cemetery (208 Beechwood Ave.)

Share with your family and friends in this symbolic release, the butterfly, a symbol of hope and a symbol of transformation. Order your 'Painted Ladies' LIVE butterflies . If you wish to collect pledges to contribute to our special circle of giving, pledge forms are available below. All funds raised remain in our community to support the work of Bereaved Families of Ontario - Ottawa Region.

To order a live butterfly or register for this event, please:
1. Save a black copy of the Registration/Order/Pledge Form
on your desktop 2. Fill out the form
3. Send an email with attached, completed form to office@bfo-ottawa.org
4. Write 'registration/order form' in the subject line of your email.Thank you
