Help shape the future of hope and healing in Ottawa. BFO Ottawa is a volunteer-driven charity that has supported thousands of people grieving the death of a loved one since 1978. We believe no one should have to grieve alone — and you can help make that possible.
We’re seeking a Treasurer to join our compassionate Board of Directors. You’ll provide financial guidance and oversight (with the support of our Bookkeeper), help create the annual budget, review monthly statements, and play a key role in ensuring BFO’s sustainability and growth.
If you have experience in finance, accounting, or budgeting, strong attention to detail, and a heart for community service, we’d love to hear from you.
Time commitment: about 4–6 hours per week
